Poor quality food, very disappointed to say the least. Try elsewhere. 2 Stars is becauseit’s a beautiful atmosphere, clean, nice presentation, good service. But the most important thing is the quality NEEDS to bethere and it just wasn’t.
We went here for my wife's birthday and had an amazing time. One of the coolest parts are the chairs you sit in at the hi-top tables. Normally you get a little barstool, but not here. You get a massive, oversized, extremely comfortable chair. All of thefood was delicious. Pizza was spot on, our main meals were great-we got a lobster roll and it was one of the best lobster rollswe have had in the city. They also have a large bourbon selection if you are a fan. However, the absolute best part was the ovenbaked chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. I could eat that over and over again. Will definitely come back here fordinner again, both for the great food, and The Gilded Age vibe.
Beautiful ambiance for a sunday afternoon lunch. Came at 1:30 pm and it was quiet (no more than 20 people). Unfortunately it still took 15 min for a server to take our order and we didn’t receive our food until 2:10 pm (40 min later). Ordered theBurger and Flat Iron Eggs. Burger was decent. The steak however was no bigger than my fingers and closer to medium when weordered medium rare. For $25, the potato waffles came out cold (probably sitting at the hot plate for too long). Would recommendfor date spot but don’t have high expectations for food!
Really liked the pizza we got, pine nuts on it were crunchy and a refreshing choice. The romanesco was also really good, I don't think I've ever had harissa labneh but it was great dipped in the yogurt based sauce. It's a bit pricey, but also it's locatedin a fancy hotel deep in the city so it's fairly expected to have high prices. If you're looking for fine dining at Copleysquare, especially when it's still sunny out (they have large windows for natural light) this is a good spot to try out.
Very nice place. Chairs are heavy and amazingly comfortable. They have a great bourbon list that isn’t outrageous on prices. The pizza is good. And a variety of local brews on tap.
