I'll call this a bad experience. eating was easy, but the service was really not good. there were only five parties while we were there. it took 10 minutes to place a drink order. the employees seemed distracted and visited. there were French fries that were crushed in the carpet. the tables were not clean. I missed it on some ground. I would like to go here as a BU employee, but I would like to hesitate again.

Eating came very late was cold. can not serve cold eating....the pommes were not cooked and very cold, difficult things make drinks and order drinks. the ciabata steak and the cheese were no steak would never have put it on a plate. very disappointing will not be back!

We thought we'd have a great meal before we met a concert at the house of blues. eating here was very mediocre. we're not gonna hold back here. the reviews were all 4 stars, so we expected more.

Where do I start? revived at night, concert in fenway around the corner, so clearly understated. it took forever to welcome when we were brought to our table, food was taken forever and was thrown away without berries, two of our three escaped first came to the point where these two people were eating slowly and were still half finished with their dinner before my dinner came. what the food went- the Entree salad was decent, the cold truthahn panini had to be suppressed and came with what was clear the bottom of the bag of kartoffel chips, once my (probably horned) undercuped truthahn tips came the plate lacking the salat that should come, and my sweet kartoffel friries were mostly only tiny good-done. no one ever came to check as soon as the third escape arrived, so that I ate the smallest and most cooked pieces of truthahn and left the pink gummy pieces untouched. if we had not been in such a hurry to come to the concert, we would have brought more of these questions to someone's attention, but when we handed over our server proaktiw our credit cards so that we could leave asap, I kindly pointed out to my understated and inedibles meat and was said, “sweet, but there is nothing I can do, remember they never give us a discount”

Visited before a Fenway concert. The service was non-existent. We waited 30 min to see a server and over an hour to get any drinks or food. I had made a reservation weeks before and was still pushed to outside seating because “other diners were still sitting”. Service was awful even though there seemed to be few people at the restaurant. Once we got food it was good.
