Wagamama - Boston

I have been coming to Wagamama Prudential since 2015. The food is always great and the chefs work hard to get the food out fast. This time I had an awesome experience with the manager Fran ,she came to our table to check on us multiple times. Servers were focused despite how busy it was on a rainy Saturday night .Food: 5/5

One of our favorite spots! Their comfort food is fantastic, particularly the ramen bowls with their rich, satisfying broth. It's a treat that’s also budget-friendly.

This place is very overrated. The food is so bland and service is terrible. For a higher end restaurant, it is overpriced for what you get. Will definitely not be coming back.

Sat for 15 minutes with no service. Serves kept walking up to the table next to us and would not come greet us so we ended up leaving
