Brian's Fish Shop - Boston

I placed an order for delivery through the app, but after 20 minutes it was unexpectedly cancelled because the restaurant had closed. This was frustrating because the shop hours on the app were misleading. If a shop is closed, they should update their status on the app before they are scheduled to open. I ended up placing a larger order from a different restaurant instead.

I honestly don't think this restaurant deserves one star. The food was absolutely terrible - the worst I've ever had in my life. It was incredibly greasy and oily, like slop. I wouldn't even feed it to pigs.

Went for a takeaway was told the pizzas were slightly well done after looking asked them to re do as more than slightly well done! Said no! Blamed the flour and said it would happen again. Asked for money back was refused. Also ordered 2 types of pizza but both were done the same including an ingredient not liked but 1 of the people. The beans were stone cold. The staff were generally rude and uninterested in even being there.

We have discovered that this is the top spot for fish and chips takeout in the area. The delicate, crispy batter is spot on. Don't forget to order some mushy peas and the tangy curry sauce. You might even score some scratchings on the side. The staff behind the counter provide excellent service.

Ordered recently via foodhub. Delivery took nearly 2 hours to arrive. When i chased with the chip shop they were rude, arrogant and put phone down on me. Food once arrived poor was very dry and small portions. Avoid.
