Thunderbird Diner - Boswell

The buffet ran out of food before 7pm, causing us to wait for catfish, shrimp, and salad toppings to be restocked. Despite being short-staffed, the quality of the food suffered. We do not plan on returning.

During a road trip, I made a stop at this restaurant and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the delicious food, and the charming town. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience, especially the catfish and salad bar. It felt just like being back home.

The restaurant serves delicious home-style cooking, including steaks cooked just like my mother used to make. The onion rings and corn puffs were perfect, and my 10-year-old loved the chili burger. The iced tea is fresh and perfectly brewed. It's clear that the owners love what they do, as they run the place themselves.
