But the other day the lady wouldn’t sell me their vermicelli bowl sauce because I had gone to a different restaurant instead of theirs. I HAD to go somewhere else because I was in Seattle, I’m pregnant and was very hungry. Unfortunately, the sauce I got from the place in Seattle tasted like chemicals so I thought I could go to my usual spot to purchase theirs. Instead of selling it to me she enviously was “punishing” me for not going to them first. That if I hadn’t gone somewhere else then she’d sell me her sauce. Pretty sad and pathetic. This kind of customer service really drives people away. I hope that someone from this establishment reads this and changes how they treat their customers.
SUPER DISHONEST OWNERS. Make sure to ask for your receipt. They will scam you. Been eating here for 10 years and they will always “accidentally” add more to your check. I catch them every time and they continue to try and finesse you for your money. It’s not an accident since they have tried with countless people.
My FAVORITE Phó place they REALLY let us down. This is a pandemic and ALL business places are SUPPOSE to wear masks!! The cook was NOT WEARING a mask and I believe the man was pulling it down while in the kitchen (wheee it’s needed the MOST! and then I saw him pull up over his nose as he exited the kitchen. DISAPPOINTED and we CANNOT visit this establishment again until this is over. Sorry, this is what keeps us from supporting these businesses. I understand it’s HOT back there, but if you wish to remain open you MUST wear a mask ESPECIALLY if your customers are REQUIRED to wear them. We were coming in for Take Out, but also noticed there were no ‘social distancing’ of the tables/dining. Hope this doesn’t hurt your business.
Had a great experience with this place over the past year. Place is very straight forward, walk in, the male owner normally beckons you to pick a spot, then hands you the menu. I assume most people do not get pho for the customer-service (not saying I've had a bad experience, they take your order, give you the food, and that's about it. Definitely not the restaurant where the waiter checks on you every 5 minutes). The pho comes hot, fast, tasty, and with a big portion while fairly cheap. Personally that's all that really matters to me. Really hope this place doesn't close down as I've never seen more than 3-4 tables occupied.
Good food and atmosphere for lunch or dinner any day of the year. They seem to be open everyday. Prices are reasonable. Pork sandwiches are amazing.
