Had the new honey bbq chicken strips and they were amazing

I've been coming to this DQ for over 20 years as I grew up down the street. Also having been to plenty of other locations.... Even being busy on a Saturday night, CAMERON at thrashers corner DQ and his other employees were awesome. And to believe,brought out our blizzards and flipped em upside down!!!! I've NEVER had that happen, though I hear they're supposed to.

We went to menchie 's for frozen yogurt because their website said they were open until 11. We showed up at 10:0pm and they were already closed and mopping up. We knocked on the window and the girls cleaning up pointed to the door with the hours listed and we said, 'yes, it says 11 ' so they pointed to a handwritten note that said 'close at 10:30 ' so we said, 'ok, but it 's 10:20 ' they just shrugged their shoulders. So the three of us, plus the other 6 people waiting outside that we didn 't know started talking about where to go. So I looked dairy queen on bothell everett highway up and it said your store closed at 10:30. So I called to confirm. They said 10:30 and I said, 'well, we 're about 5 minutes away and it 's already 10:25, but we came to menchie 's and they closed early apparently and don 't seem to care. ' The nice dairy queen employee on the other end said 'we 'll wait for you, what 's your name? ' and they did. We all showed up for blizzards and will be loyal dq customers from now on. Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile. He was a teenager who provided much better customer service than the other teens working at menchies. thanks and wanted to share a positive experience
