Feedback gevenI had a pleasant experience overall, but the food was slightly overcooked, the service could have been better, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. Food rating: 4/5.
During my visit, there was a long line, and I noticed a young waitress allowed her friends to bypass everyone waiting, which felt unfair. The restrooms were in poor condition and need significant attention. On a positive note, Rose Emelie was excellent. She deserves to be promoted to manager as soon as possible. As frequent customers, we were there on December 27th and hope to see improvements on our next visit.
The service was slow and not attentive. They brought me a different meal than what I ordered.
I politely asked the waitress to correct the issue, and she happily agreed to help. However, after another 15-20 minutes, the order came back, and the egg was still ice cold, the bagel was hard and chilly, and only the cream cheese had been added—there was no improvement at all. I asked the waitress to inspect the bagel and egg herself to understand how unpleasant it was for a customer. She seemed genuinely sorry and took the order back to the kitchen. After waiting another 10 minutes, my order came back again, but it was the same hard bagel and tomato, with the egg simply warmed up in a microwave or something. I was shocked by the situation and called the waitress over for the fourth time. She was very apologetic but seemed unsure of what to say. Ultimately, I paid for the orange juice and left. This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had, and I will never return or recommend this restaurant to anyone!
I visited this place a few times in Montreal, and the breakfast is fantastic!
