Bistro Martini Grill Boucherville

We visited for a friend's birthday party, and even though it wasn't our first time there, it definitely won't be our last. I had the best meal I've ever had—the meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and I didn't even need a knife to cut it. Plus, their Nutella gnocchi are absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly. This place is definitely a keeper!

Our server was very pleasant, and the atmosphere was quite enjoyable. However, the food took an excessively long time to arrive, and by the time it did, at least half of our meals were cold, necessitating a request for reheating. As for the food itself, I believe it is overpriced for the portions provided, and the taste did not impress me, to be honest.

The food was lukewarm, and the fruit in the drinks was frozen – I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. When it was time to pay, they asked for a tip without mentioning that they had already added an automatic 18% gratuity to the bill. They actually expect a minimum of an additional 18% on top of that, which means servers are walking away with a total of 36%! I find that to be quite dishonest. Thankfully, as a fellow server, I recognized this unpleasant scam.

Service was very slow, don't have enough staff and food took a while to come. Food was ok but not that good.

It’s says “open” until 9:30 pm but I went there 9:00 pm and everything was closed (22/August/2023) it was a drive, waste of time.
