We visited this restaurant for lunch specifically because of their vegan options and the ability to customize the menu. The vegan supreme pizza we ordered was delightful, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. It was the perfect size for sharing and reasonably priced. The restaurant is spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff is friendly and approachable. Service was quick and efficient. Overall, a great choice for vegan pizza in the area. The mimosa we ordered was also delicious, made with a generous amount of champagne.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! My group arrived around 8:30pm after a hike and were seated quickly outside. We ordered the broccoli sausage pizza, wings, power flower salad, and drinks. Everything was surprisingly delicious and satisfying. The power flower salad was my favorite, with a generous portion and unique flavors. The broccoli sausage pizza was also a hit, so much so that I nearly finished it all by myself. The wings with General Tso's sauce were incredibly tasty and they even gave us extra wings when they realized we had only received one type initially. The service was excellent and it's hard to find a place that does pizza, salads, and wings as well as this. This restaurant serves classic American dishes perfectly. I would love to return if I'm ever in Boulder again.
This place is awesome. We love coming here. Great food, attentive service with rotating servers, and it's got a light, chill atmosphere. There's always easy and close parking too! There's the one oddity of not taking credit cards without a bit of a hassle, and sometimes servers go for refills and never come back, but it's no big deal. I've started seeing events planned here, and it's a great idea. Food: 5 Service: 5
Even the pizza gives this place and itself a thumbs down (see first photo). I walk by this place to Medly and Whole Foods and I'm sorry I stopped in there today to waste $12. The service is so bad, I looked around for cameras and a film crew thinking I might be on reality tv. No luck. I sat at the bar and ordered a diet soda and cheese pizza. I'm from the east coast so I am a pizza snob. It's just a fact of life if you're an east coaster. The crust, sauce and cheese have to twerk together for the perfect flavor. Flaccid pizza (as shown in the pic) is a big fail. The sauce wasn't bad. But the cheese was a blend of bland. I might have asked a server to ask the chef to put my pizza back in the oven for a crisper crust, but I was mesmerized by their inefficiency and the constant traffic of the BOH staff behind the bar. I've been a server before and this felt like a training video for: how to get a one star Yelp review. My diet soda and water remained empty for a good bit until the manager-like man finally noticed and asked if I wanted more. I handed him my ticket/bill and credit card to speed up the check out process but he told me he'd be back with the card running machine. He never returned. Thank god my pizza was on some kind of special making it only $5. I scanned some of the five star reviews and I feel like we went to different restaurants. In my obnoxious east coast opinion, Barchetta is the only pizza in Boulder worth getting. See you there!
