Talk about living up to the hype! Took my wife here for our joint bday week, they could not have been more amazing. We did the chefs table where you get to watch the magic of the kitchen and learn about the history of the dishes through a tasting menu. My vegetarian options were out of this world. The beet steak dish was actual f$ /ing magic. She got the wine pairing, which was also accompanied by incredible story telling in its own right. So, so special. Truly worth the splurge. Came here for the first time on my last day in boulder. the food, drinks and service was 10/10. each dish was so pleasant. perfect portions. they treated me with some sweets and a gift for my birthday, which i appreciated. thank you for ending my boulder trip amazingly!
