Wow! Just, wow! It's very rare for me to not have the words, but I am stunned in the best way possible.First and foremost, get here as soon as you can. Don't hesitate. Don't put it off til next week. Don't save your first visit for that perfect friend that you know who loves crepes. In reality, they've never had a crepe until they've been here. That's exactly how I'm feeling leaving here right now.I'm sitting in my car and started this review the moment I left. That's how adamant I am in sharing this wonderfully perfect place. This is one of those truly rare places that will stick with you for as long as you live.My wife and I ordered the lemon berry and caramel apple crepes. To say they were beyond incredible is a gross understatement and I feel guilty describing them in such a manner. Please visit just once, and I won't have to tell you to visit often because I know you will of your own volition. The owner (Eric) is a passionate, warm, friendly and caring man. If I never shared a conversation with him I would still feel all that through the crepes we were fortunate enough to stumble upon. These small mom and pop shops are what we all hope to find every now and again and boy am I counting my lucky stars we found ourselves here tonight.I can say with absolute certainty this will not be last night we will find ourselves here in Boulder at the Holy Crepe. After this, I'll be working on the list of people I will be bringing here. Not that I need any excuse to come back.Bon Appétit.Eric, thank you so much for making Boulder your home. We are so lucky to have you and your wife here. I wish you all the success and recognition in the world.
As a Frenchman I can say that Eric's grandmother's crepe recipes are a national treasure that is good to have in Boulder. go ahead without hesitation you will not be
Absolutely *devine* crepes. The owner told me the recipe is his grandmother's. I felt like I was in France! If you want a real French crepe, come here....
The best crepes I’ve ever had, I tried the Chicken Alfredo savory crepe for lunch once and the sweet banana split after a Buff game for dessert. Both were incredible, they did not skimp out! The savory crepe had a ton of chicken in every bite which was a delightful surprise. The staff are very kind and welcoming, great customer service on top of amazing food!
