Lee Yuan Chinese Cuisine - Boulder

The delivery took an unbelievable 1 hour and 45 minutes! It was our 2-year anniversary, and we always order from Lee Yuan. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called to inquire about the delay, and they told me the cook was “old,” which was why it was taking so long. While that was frustrating, my main issue was that we had ordered online, and it promised a free chocolate cake with a purchase of $20. When the food finally arrived, nearly two hours later, the delivery guy was laughing, and they had forgotten the cake! I had to call and almost beg for a refund. Now, a week later, the charge is still on my bank statement, and they are claiming, “there’s not much they can do.” I find that unacceptable. We used to love this restaurant, but now I warn everyone about how terrible this experience was. They completely ruined our anniversary dinner!
