Saucy Cluckers - Boulder

Had the afteros with huh, great afteros, great huh, great cheese sauce. what else to say!

I can't speak highly enough of Saucy Cluckers! We visited VegFest to try them out, and while we were efficiently moving through the line, the attentive woman managing the booth paused to express her gratitude towards one of her employees who was incredibly sweet. When she took our order, she made modifications available without us even having to ask. Our food was ready in no time, and it was undoubtedly some of the best vegan cuisine I've ever had (I've been vegan for 7 years). To top it all off, this business owner actively supports important causes, such as Planned Parenthood. I wholeheartedly support this amazing establishment! The staff is fantastic, and the food is served quickly and tastes amazing. I've tried the Tater Death twice – once with Buffalo sauce and once with maple bacon. I also had the buffalo wrap, which isn’t exactly a traditional wrap since it’s packed quite generously. Just updating my previous rating from September 25, 2022.

I ordered the nachos with chicken, and they were fantastic! The nachos were excellent, the chicken was delicious, and the cheese sauce was top-notch. What more can I say?

Wow, this food truck offers something truly unique! Their wings are made from chopped seitan wrapped in yuba and then fried. We tried the buffalo wings, and I loved how the sauce seemed to be fried right into the yuba, which means they weren't a messy drippy situation. We also ordered the sandwiches, which featured the same chopped seitan chick'n and brown sugar BBQ sauce. They were fantastic! For $12, you get two sandwiches. They're larger than sliders, but one alone might not be enough to fill you up. However, they're great for sharing. Lastly, we got the nachos topped with buffalo chick'n and delicious melted cheese. I believe this was only their second outing, and I really hope they do well and stick around!
