Feedback gevenBy the door that have ordered both wrong sandwiches I work in the restaurant the order is on the bag! the inability that took this plus I am allergic to the paprika on my wrong sandwiches, so they see who does not get lunch today
Please fire Ben. I regularly go to this subway and he is rude, inefficient, and overall ruins my experience. I have worked over 4 years in customer service and never worked with or been helped by someone who is so consistently poor at their job. It’s one thing if they have to learn, another if they’re just rude.
Subway opens early. When I am cycleing I can rest assured they have hot food ready.and thats better than every other fast food place nearby.I dont have to bike through a drive through and be told they wont serve me. When their lobby is closed. I dont have to wait for stupid post buisness day opening hours. Or deal with misprepared food.Are some of the employees a little bit on autopilot? Yeah but at least they show up.During covid this is 5 stars.Give these guys an incentive to brighten their hearts this holiday season. They deserve as much as you can tip.
Nice workers and typically very fast but whoever owns the place needs to hire more people because it is always understaffed. The employees work very hard but often times it is just one person there
They've done a terrific job remodeling the store, it's incredibly nice, well-laid out, and comfortable. I order through their app, and they're always on time with my sandwiches, and are made correctly even without myself being there. I regularly go back, and am satisfied.
