The Post Chicken Beer - Boulder

My girlfriend and I decided to check out Post after our plans to walk to Pearl were interrupted by a thunderstorm, and we were delighted by the fantastic service from Sarah, who offered great recommendations and made our experience even more enjoyable with wonderful drinks. If you're vegetarian, you might want to consider another place, but if you're a fan of wings, I can't think of a better spot on Pearl. And if you like spicy food, you must try the mango habanero wings; they're amazing! For those looking for something even spicier, don't miss the scorpion wings. Overall, Post is a fantastic addition to the options on Pearl Street, and we will definitely be back! Sarah is awesome!

I travel to Boulder frequently and The Post is one of my go to’s in Boulder. They have the most amazing chicken tenders (and I’m not a huge chicken tender fan). Their menu has so many options to enjoy. Be sure to order all of the dipping sauces. They also brew their own beer and I can always find something I like. Service is always great even though it’s super packed. Highly recommend you give it a try.

We ducked into The Post Chicken and Beer as a storm approached. Despite being a chicken restaurant, they offered some delicious vegan options that catered to two of our party. Our kids ordered the deviled eggs, which they absolutely loved. My son tried the original cheeseburger and found it delicious. I opted for the “tracksuit veggie bowl” (great name, right?), which was fantastic. My husband and daughter chose the yoga pants salad. They didn’t have quinoa available since they were preparing a fresh batch, so they substituted extra kale, which made them happy. They both enjoyed the salad. My daughter also ordered a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, which she liked. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was very friendly. We would definitely return! **Vegetarian options:** There are a couple of vegan dishes, and a few others can be made vegan upon request.

I’ve been here to eat twice now. The chicken is delicious. You get four nice sized pieces. However, the sides are extra which I think should come with the meal. It’s a little pricey when you have to pay extra for the side dishes. I would eat here more often if the prices weren’t quite so steep.

Our server, Frankie, was exceptional! We had a very large party of 13 and she accommodated all of us easily and without complaint. We were thrilled that you were able to seat us outside, as many in our group were visiting from out-of-state for the Dead &Co concert. Thanks to all for such a lovely experience!
