Five Guys - Bountiful

I love this place! Delicious burgers and fries. Just expensive.

Absolutely ridiculous. Placed an order online with a 10 minute wait for pickup. Have been waiting for an hour and the food still isn't done. Out of control. No management. I am just in disbelief about how this place is run.

I asked that my hamburger be cut, they forgot. I asked for onions, they forgot. Fry sauce was empty. I hate fries without fry sauce. It seemed like the one blond girl was doing all the work and the others were just standing around. There wasn't a clean/wiped table in the place. I had to clean the table myself. Come on Five Guys! YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

No surprises. This is a great hamburger. Very pricey. $17+ for hamburger, small fries, and drink. The eating area was decent, but not clean.

It's simple.... I say what id like on my burger and if gets made that way, not so much on this visit.....I even showed the dude at the register the pic of the burger I wanted. The job can't be that hard.
