Feedback gevenThis place makes my food wrong every time. I just got a quesadilla with nothing in it and a steak burrito with just beans and rice. You can even get ahold of anyone at the store. Unbelievable.
Every. Single. Night they are out of EVERYTHING. If you look at the online ordering menu you would never know because they don't communicate
Used to be a great chipotle, now they charge extra for CHEESE?? They already charge a few dollars more than the other Chipotles, now everything that should come with the bowl costs extra? The meat is always fatty and shallow, always running out of items hours before closing, never coming
They had a very long line . I usually like this location myself and the group of coworkers never have any complaints. However today they ran out of chicken and the entire line wanted chicken . The guy cutting the chicken said to the other worker I hope it’s cooked and they laughed and he chopped it up . From a far it looked good . I was served half raw half cooked chicken . Sadly I didn’t get one of the raw pieces until I was have away thru the bowl . THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE FOR ME! Chipotle response please ?
This location gets worse and worse. It's never clean inside. They rarely have fresh items on the steam table and are usually scraping the bottom of the containers to serve you lukewarm food. Chipotle leaves up charging to the individual location and this one reaches directly in your pocket every chance they get. The only location I've been to charge for extra cheese and the charge is over $1. No sense of customer service they don't greet you when you come in, they'll make 10 mobiles before you standing in front of them, and they'll argue with you about portion size. Completely overpriced, no quality control and no sense of good customer experience. There's a million other places to eat in town and I would recommend any one of them before this store. Try a local Mexican place instead you'd get hot food and can probably drink for the same price as what you pay here.
