I offer a little pleasure for my birthday: a pot of small chocolate pastries. The Alain pastry shop has a solid reputation in Bourg, it was the opportunity to taste the sweet wonders of this pastry! I am very well welcomed by the pastry craftsman who is also a chocolatier. My choice is a 3 chocolate cake and a chocolate pie. Then I turn, and I see truffles: I fear. Yeah, I know, you're gonna do a chocolate overdose by reading this review. The prices are more than correct, and the warm welcome and advice of this pastry show that it is still possible to find passionate and smiling traders (and an incredible humility). Going home, I eat with greedy my cakes: a real delight, these cakes are light, easy to eat and the chocolate is of incredible quality. If you have the opportunity to visit Bourg, I strongly recommend the 3 chocolate cake that eats on your own. The truffles are also delicious and of very good quality.
