We recently spent a few days in the area in a rather small AirBnB. We decided to take a look at the Auberge de l'Abbaye because the critics sounded very well. We arrived shortly after France qualified for the semi-finals of the World Cup and in my mind I imagined a lair of drunk French. In fact, when we arrived, I wasn't sure when the restaurant was opened. However, after entering and interviewing in French a bit broken, we were warmly welcomed in English perfect by the superb host owner. Despite the fact that we were the only guests of the entire hotel, nothing was too much. We sat outside the terrace and we have absolutely delicious and fresh cuisine. I ate Skate with raspberry butter for my main dish, which was accompanied by Dauphinese creamy potatoes that were incredible. The Creme burnt for the desert was also not disappointed!
