Au Cottage - Bourg-des-Comptes

Worth a walk from the river. Very good service, great menu including very good steak and the best chips I've ever eaten. Due to the rural nature of our boat holiday, we had tried to find restaurants on foot from the river. This restaurant...was worth the mountain walk and the outdoor terrace was ideal in the evening sun. The way back to the boat on the river was very easy downhill.

Bringing our caravan to the winter camp was longer than expected, so we were late on a 300 km drive to an overnight stay in Crevin. We arrived at 18:30, looking forward to a quick shower, followed by dinner in... the hotel's own excellent restaurant, when we said it was closed [ Saturday night! . Calling to several other restaurants only brought, Desolet, mais nous sommes complet. We went to a restaurant hunt on Au Cottage. It was also completely booked, but we were allowed to take a table on the small terrace. On an unseasonally warm October evening we sat down to observe how bats jumped around the roofs a mile when the church clock slept over us 8 o'clock. Despite the full restaurant, the young couple quickly served us with an excellent 3-course menu. We left the feeling that everything was right with the world.

From the car route pulled for a quick lunch somewhere, that was no highway service station, this place is nice, nice food, nice staff, good prices.

Nous venons régulièrement dans cette crêperie ou l on mange très bien à prix raisonnable. Le patron de l établissement est sympa. C est impossible de ressortir avec la fain.

Au vu des avis tentant de tester. Et quelle bonne surprise, excellente même. Heureusement que j'avais réservé c'était complet. Une proposition de galettes audacieuse avec celles du monde. On a pris deux différentes elles sont hyperactif bien garnies et elles sont très bien préparées. Ensuite les crêpes la aussi un délice avec des ingrédients faits maison (caramel beurre salé). On y retournera c'est certain. Malgré une petite salle l'ambiance est conviviale et pas trop bruyante.
