In view of the change of owner we decided to come test. It was a huge disappointment. First of all, we asked for two cups of champagne, one of them came completely flat. Then the snails arrived cold in the plate we asked that they be warmed. and at the level of the dish, the quenelle was very average with a very fade accompaniment. and frogs were really not terrible (and especially very thin in quantity). all this for a rather saline note.
For a business lunch one noon, we were on the terrace and have bcp too expected, already for the ordering (near 30mn for a terrace half full) and then for the dish of the day (again 20/25 mn). having the habit of lunch on the noon on the village, a little advice: govern immediately if you do not want to see your restaurant empty! In short, let the new boss have time to manage this organizational pb. otherwise pleasant and smiling staff. dish of the correct day, no more.
A varied card that should satisfy all tastes. typical brewery dishes are complemented by a more refined offer. We ate well for a reasonable price and the setting is pleasant. The only flat was waiting but it should improve because it is necessary to allow the team to adapt to the recent changes and as the new chef proposed excellent cuisine in his previous restaurant, the adjustments should be made quickly. Anyway, we haven't been disappointed and we'll be back!
A break to taste a little ice cream. Almost nobody on the terrace, we settle down, we order and wait, we wait, we wait. The waiter comes and apologizes, no one in the kitchen, he had to take care of it himself. rather good ice but at an exorbitant price for the product served.During this time, on a terrace nobody to take care of the customers who settle and end up leaving. When we pay, the servers are laughing at the counter, and when we tell them that they don't have a lot of people and that people are gone because they've waited too long, we answer "we can't take care of everyone". Very pro!rebelote a few days later, in the evening. welcomed from the tip of the lips and waiting time to order too long, we did not ask for our rest and went to see elsewhere. It's a pity for such an establishment. a burgian institution. when the service in vau-water is the overall picture of the establishment that suffers. We have to get back together! identify the strong and weak points and make the decisions that are necessary to correct the shooting!
