Having been seated by a very welcoming and enthusiastic waitress the four of us decided to choose pizza as it was the most reasonable of the fairly expensive options on the menu. Overpriced drinks took a while to arrive, but the worst was yet to come. 4 pathetic excuses for pizzas turned up and immediately we knew we were in for a disappointment at best. The cheese, almost an inch thick and plastic in texture, overwhelmed the entire thing, not that the rest of it was any better: the base was undercooked, stodgy and obviously not homemade, while the other toppings were also of poor quality. The entire thing was some kind of concoction that I wouldn’t dare to call a pizza. We had nowhere near finished the atrocities in front of us and waited at least fifteen minutes for plates to be cleared. The waiter obviously didn’t care whatsoever about the problems with the food and was impatient and rude while waiting for payment. When we explained to the waitress (the only saving grace of this entire establishment) our issues, she was apologetic and offered to bring out the chef, to whom we repeated our complaints only to be given a promise to use less cheese in the future. She claimed the bases were homemade, but unfortunately for her I was not born this morning and am fully aware that this is a lie. After having paid 72€ for four portions of pathetic excuses for food, we warned the table behind us to avoid whatever those doughy circles of sadness were supposed to be and skied off, eternally disappointed. The entire thing still sits in my stomach like a cannonball. Please don’t make the same mistake we did and avoid this worryingly popular attempt at a functioning restaurant.
A friendly host and a lively apres ski bar at reasonable (for the Alps) prices. The restaurant was busy (I recommend booking), and served good alpine dishes including pizzas calzone, raclette and tartiflette all at reasonable prices. It made a very pleasant change from the hotel buffet food.
Lovely restaurant with lots of character and super friendly staff. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Very tasty and good potion sizes.
Come to random for a noon to enjoy the sunny terrace, we have had a very pleasant time. The burgers were very good, the excellent service. we returned another noon to quickly eat a panini on the bridges nothing to say is fast and very correct. on the other hand, the fries are really too small, there is a gap to be able to eat them. count 19 euros for 2 paninis a fry and a bottle of water.
Superb reception nothing to say, the rates are just a little disappointed with the raclette which is very small for the price. we will come back to try other things
