I and my friends went today (11.08.18 at 18 o'clock) to have a nice dinner. the food was absolutely delicious and ladies that served us on the day, were really nice and helpful, especially a lady we think was from Spanish. Unfortunately, the woman who was busy with the restaurant was very rude and rude. we waited for about 15 minutes before sitting, they thought we could just sit down, but we asked a waitress if we could and she told us we had to wait for the dame that goes with sitting. I went and said we could get a place for 3 people? they asked if we had a reservation? I said no and we need one. she answered, it is Saturday and we need a reservation. I was annoyed, looked around and said that they were sitting many empty, she also asked if we should go. she had not been able to see me in the eyes and answered, as we have already set ourselves, we can stay. this is very rude and unprofessional customer service. I know this can be a hard and stressful work, but we all have a job and we have to deal with many difficult situations. I know the front lady is Polish, I'm just as good, so I understand what she said. who is manager or owner, should train the things how to treat the customers.

Great tapas and soft drinks... recommend the mango ginger beer which has a little kick to it and is presented so well . Very much enjoy perusing the varied colourful and easy to view menu they offer here and especially love the Meerkat 241 Sun-Thursday offer they do which makes if super affordable to swing by with my bestie for cheeky fajitas and we share a chichen and pulled pork and a sizzling steak between us to mix it up. I couldn't squeeze in a desert but they do my favourite mint choc chip ice cream here so will try to test it next time round. If you ask you can have extra flour tortillas to ensure you mop up and eat all your fajita meat and peppers. The service can be a bit slow so make sure you leave time to enjoy your meal if you're planning on seeing a film afterwards.

The steak was cooked to perfection, just the way I like it. The service was also prompt and efficient.

This is a fantastic place! I appreciated the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the delicious food. We arrived at 6:30 PM and were served promptly. If you're looking to enjoy a lovely time with family or friends, this is a great choice!

The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, although there aren't any spicy options, which is perfect since we don't want it to be too hot. The atmosphere is great, with music at a comfortable volume, allowing for easy conversation without having to shout. The service was at a good pace; we didn't feel rushed, nor did we have to wait long for our food to arrive. Plus, they accept taste cards every day of the week for all food courses, which is a nice bonus.
