Costa Coffee - Bournemouth

No cue, ignored by three members of staff, wasn't even greeted by the young lady serving, she was making one drink, every table filthy had to clean it myself, cleaning chemicals left out by sugar. Go somewhere else, coffee was terrible. It you want bad coffee, bad service and a dirty coffee shop and want to watch members of staff standing around, you will be happy here. Most people would kill for a job any job, but this is what happens when you employ kids and give them no supervision.

Nice and quiet today, apart from the door alarms but that's not Costa's fault.

Always like this Costa, consistently good. Can get busy at times but it's bound to being in the middle of all the shops. Never have trouble getting a seat though.

Possibly the dirtiest experience ever from a costa outlet , filthy tables , filthy floor and stacked plates all over the place leaving very little sitting area unless you want to sit outside in the cold … only 2 members of staff ? Will never go back again ! I’m sure Bournemouth council health department will be interested to know it doesn’t get much worse than this ….
