Costa Coffee - Bournemouth

Love this Costa for both drink and food. We visit frequently due to the great service. Jane the Manager is very welcoming. She creates a clean and happy environment.

As a local teacher I use Costa most days to get my caffeine fix! They know their regular customers well, especially Flo and Meg. During lockdown I have continued to use them a for delivery through Uber and they are always fast, well packaged, tasty and sometimes even have a little note handwritten on the bag. Thanks ladies!

Bought an iced coffee and unfortunately the oat milk was off although me and my partner went in to report the issue and the two girls at the desk were so kind and lovely and gave us a free coffee : didn’t get their names although i’m sure they know who they are so thankyou !

Met a friend in Broadstone for coffee. The cafe was quite busy so we queued up for our drinks. After our drinks had been made we realised there wasn’t a table available. We waited a while but in the end decided the only option was to sit outside. There is a canopy so at least the chairs outside were dry. It was a bit chilly so we quickly finished our drinks and left.

Called in for lunch with a client. Managed to find a table in the window. Some tables needed clearing. Went to the counter and ordered two cheese and tomato toasties, peach iced tea and an Americano total bill £12.35 which seemed reasonable for what we had. Staff were friendly enough and the food/drinks were fine for what they cost.
