Costa Coffee Kinson - Bournemouth

Kinson Costa is a relaxing oasis where you can unwind. They offer a wide variety of coffee choices and a good selection of cakes and snacks. The cheese panini is recommended, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Despite being busy, the service is quick. I had to ask for a knife and napkin, which was unusual for them. I particularly enjoyed their tiffin with my americano, but all of their cakes are hard to resist. The staff works hard, especially on hot days, and they take Covid rules seriously by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing.

The coffee at this restaurant is good, but the staff is rude. I have personally seen the manager bullying younger staff members. Both myself and another person have complained to Costa's head office because these young workers appear terrified of their boss, but we have not received a response. Absolutely unacceptable!

The staff is helpful, the food from both M&S and Costa is delicious, and the coffee is great.

Can usually find a space to sit inside most times of the day we go. Coffee is good and nice selection of grub 2
