Starbucks - Bournemouth

The service at Starbucks was so terrible and rude that I will never go back or make another purchase there.

The staff at this restaurant were indifferent and served in a cold, uninspired, and unkempt environment. The toilets were filthy, with wet toilet paper strewn across the floor and a hand dryer hanging off the wall. The drinks were surprisingly expensive and not very tasty, with an iced coffee consisting mainly of ice cubes for nearly £5. The value for money at places like Greggs is much better. Overall, this Starbucks was a terrible and unwelcoming place with no redeeming qualities.

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick coffee with a friend. The queuing system was a bit odd, but I figured it out eventually. The restaurant is quite spacious, but on the day I visited, it was mostly crowded with students working on laptops in groups. It took me some time to find a table that was free. Overall, I didn't find it to be a coffee shop that I would want to go back to.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. Floors and tables were dirty throughout. Coffees were Luke warm, tea was like dishwater. Told they don’t heat the cinnamon swirls (since when?! . Overall a last bit for Bournemouth town centre. Should have gone to Prets!

Terrible decaf coffee, they don't know how to make a flat white, it was cold in seconds. Wish we'd gone over the road to get a proper organic coffee. Didn't see it until we were sitting down in Starbucks.
