Uruk Teahouse - Bournemouth

The experience at Uruk tea house was fantastic! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend paying them a visit for a nice retreat in the city. Thank you, Uruk tea house!

I ordered a fruit kebab with chocolate dip at the restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The wait time was long, the strawberries were overripe, and I found it to be expensive. They were also out of two teas we wanted and the coffee did not meet my expectations.

We were looking for somewhere to have an afternoon tea and happened on this little gem. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. A good variety of teas to choose from to accompany the food which had a middle eastern theme. Could not fault the quality and service we experienced and found it to be excellent value for money. We couldn't manage to eat all the cakes but were given a take away box and bag to enable us to take the rest home. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will happily revisit if I find myself back in Bournemouth.

I received a Groupon voucher for this restaurant as a Christmas gift. I arrived with a reservation and a valid voucher, only to be told that they were no longer honoring vouchers that had been purchased in advance. Despite this, they continued to serve other customers without giving us any explanation. When we asked for more information, we were ignored by both the staff and the manager/chef. We left without receiving an apology or a refund. The experience was extremely rude and left a negative impact on our day. Their customer service needs significant improvement.
