After waiting an hour and half and then being told our order hadn’t been processed, we would have to wait another hour. once the delivery did arrive it was the completely wrong order! When ringing them up about this issue I got told the manager would have to ring me back. Did he?! No! Rang again the next morning. Same response that the manager would ring me. Has he?! No. Therefore I have been conned out of money on an order I didn’t even receive with the worst customer service I’ve ever received!
Ordered food online, on ordering tells you likely delivery time. Food all hot and delious. They even found me after I entered wrong address (entered Road instead of Avenue). Lots food options would recommend.
Used to be really good but looks like it’s changed hands, open kitchen is looking very messy and not very hygienic, ordered tofu hot box and my tofu tasted old and gone off, a really disgusting meal, has gone down hill which is a shame used to really enjoy this place, won’t be returning.
Sorry to say as a trip advisor viewer I didn’t check this one out as it was recommended by word of month. Gutted I didn’t, as seems I would have not ordered. My order took 1.5 hours to get deliver from ordering then they forgot one of only four items, How? Meaning another 30 min wait for forgotten food. It was very greasy which gave me not the best tummy for 24hrs. I never level negative feedback but, super late, very unpleasant and an upset tummy gives me no option. Sorry wok. You need to improve.
Ordered 3 large noodles and some spring rolls. Waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived it was cold and tasted like it had been sat around for a while, hardly any veg in the noodles and barely any sauce. Dry and low quality. Avoid.
