Manager is not about keeping customers satisfied..she will refund u before she will remake your pizza CORRECTLY…if you order anything extra just know you will be charged and not receive what you PAID FOR because they are trying to save on food costs.. back to Pizza Hut for

Stopped by on a Saturday 11:00am the sign was lit up saying open. And there are employees inside. The door was locked they did not acknowledge me to either tell me yes were open or no their not. Went to the drive through rang the bell and they would even slide the window open. The sign says they open at 10:30 . Bad customer service and experience.

I’m a fan! Always reliably tasty and correctly made.

Gave an order with a missing topping. They didn’t bother to call or refund the cost of the topping. Talk about a bunch of low-class workers.

Good was great, but the service was not there. No one leading the crew. It wasn't the crews fault, but the leaders fault
