Feedback geven90 minutes before closing; hair in food; 1 person who works the line, 1 stand around, and a cleaning while the individual worker tries to make food. worst situation I've ever seen. all who work on the evening of 9/30/22 should be fired except the youngest gentleman who works the line, and the two men clean the grill. the women were useless and there was hair in my food. yes! no serviettes, for utensils in the lobby. simply terrible! avoid this place.
As soon as I came in, all three workers saw me and put their head back and went to work. I took about 2/3 minutes in the glass before I was recognized. very bad customer service
This place often closes to time earlier then published. this place also regularly leads from products such as cheese, acid cream and hard shells for tacos. the latest problem I have with this chipotle location is that yesterday 8/24 the restaurant allows them to order online, but if they arrive in the load a little after 18 clock, the doors are locked and the employee says oh well we get a refund closed by the app. the management must go up here.
Ghetto! they do not want to deal with service customers so they only force online orders. how sticky and unprofessional!
I can't figure out what is going on with this location. It is as if they don't want customers, and I have to wonder if the franchise owner knows. There have been a couple of other incidents but today was the last time I will even try to give them my business. They had a handwritten note on the door saying online orders only. I looked inside and saw zero customers but about 4 employees standing around. I walked in and asked why the online only, and they said it was because they are shortstaffed. So I asked if I could just order a bowl then since they weren't doing anything but they refused to take my order. So I left. There have been similar incidents and I just can't figure out why they don't seem to want business.
