Feedback gevenI regret not taking advantage of this place while it was still open. The shop was always very clean and tidy. The owner was amazing and great to chat with. The yogurt selection was great and I liked the fact that he listened to us when we said he should introduce new dairy free flavors. He was always encouraging us to come in. I tried a variety of flavors and then one day when I went to visit, it was closed and I was sad. My service dog specifically enjoyed the peanut butter yogurt with bananas added in. I'm sorry to see such a great mad close these doors.
As other posters stated--the flavors are a-plenty!! I had a mix of pineapple, strawberry and another red, tropical flavor Tiger something). they were all delish. the chocolate was so-so. I am not into all the sugary toppings, so I left mine plain, which was good bc the flavors just exploded! It reminded me of a Marino 's Italian Ice--it 's a NY thing!! So additional toppings were not necessary! My daughter of course had everything from crushed Kit-Kat to coconut, to marshmallows and she loved every bit. My only thing is the customer service could be tweaked/improved a bit. Friendlier service and this place would have soooo much potential. It was totally empty at 6 pm. They need better advertising, maybe put mailers in mailboxes, offer coupons like Carvel, or do a Family Nite. I asked the young man a few questions and it was like, ask and answer--kind of curt, not really friendly. It was my 1st time, so I would have appreciated more info. I asked him about several toppings and he gave 1 word answers. At least I think) he had on a business shirt, but there was another young girl with her friend, getting fro yo so I thought they were both customers, but then the girl went behind the counter, and she was in street clothes, no type of uniform. There was nothing helpful about her, in fact--you guessed it, she was on her phone!! When I was hovering by the machines, unsure of how this all worked, you 'd think she might have helped, but no she was chatting with her friend. But alas, I notice this is the norm in PG--you can purchase a good product, but don 't expect A1 service, or receive fabulous service and a mediocre good or meal. At this point, I 'll take what I can get. Fro yo is yummy, and yes I would come back.
I just stumbled into this place after missing my turn out of the shopping center! (Don't judge me. What a great place to get yummy yogurt treats. In addition to the nice workers, I was wow'd with the volume of toppings that you can get on frozen yogurt. There was even what looked liked Frosted Flakes! If this store gets Fruit Loop toppings, I may never leave. I purchased two strawberry smoothies for my kids, which they liked. (They prefer smoothies that are a bit thicker and blended with ice. I will certainly return!
Closed at 8pm even though sign posted on the door says xloses at 11pm. That's not good customer service.
Great yogurt shop right in the neighborhood! My only complaint is that they don 't have real Reese 's Cup topping. Instead, mini peanut butter cups are substituted which don 't taste anywhere near the real thing. Everything else is great. :
