Ihop - Bowie

It is absolutely no for this place. the customer service is not available at this location. no service! we sat, but then it didn't come to wait for us to take our order, or something! we waited 25 minutes. this exact ding happened in this IHOP site at the beginning of this year, but I wanted to give them another chance as I like ihop. especially the location capital heights. should have gone there instead.

I said it before and I will say it again. I have a food allergy and I feel safe to eat here. clean. friendly attentive staff. consistent quality. 55 live menu is perfect.

Tomorrow. eating was fresh and hot. there were some other customers around, but everyone was beautifully apart. our waitress was super nice and took care of us.

I was eating with brother and daughter after I finished the work was clean, but was late. even without other customers had to wait a few minutes, even after we got waitress attention, which was back in the kitchen before we sat. eating was ok, service was not as great as possible (see how we were just customers in the restaurant).

I would leave 0 stars if possible. The waiter who served my table was the absolute worst server i have ever had at any restaurant. He had no personality, was extremely rude and clearly just did not care. Was unable to properly take an order and brought out wrong items. To correct the problem he brought the ingedients to my table for me to make it myself. I would have stayed home had i wanted to make my own food. He did not care that he completely botched my tables order. When he brought the food to my table he proceeded to put the food on a dirty table touching the previous customers plates and left over food to then put the contaminated wrong order in front of me. The only reason my table and i did not get up and leave is because the manager came over remade the entire order and waited the table from that point on. I feel bad for the management having staff that is beyond useless and now having to do her job, the servers job and fix all of the mistakes that were made due to lack of competency from her staff.
