Feedback gevenI went back inside to speak to the manager, Tammy or Tonya (I’m so upset I can't recall her name), and explained what had happened. I also mentioned that I'm allergic to mushrooms. To my surprise, she didn't apologize for the mistake or acknowledge that my pizza was prepared incorrectly. Instead, she approached me with an expression of impatience and frustration. She even claimed I was wrong for ordering a deluxe pizza and asking for the mushrooms to be removed. Her tone was laced with the kind of condescension that many people of color are all too familiar with. I was left standing in the middle of the restaurant, feeling unwelcome. I declared to myself that I would never return to this location. This experience made me feel as if I were back in the 1950s. I left feeling like I didn’t belong there, and neither did my money. Eventually, she corrected my pizza, pointed me to where it was sitting on the counter, and left without offering any kind of apology whatsoever!
The food is amazing, and the crunchy crust is perfect. The staff is friendly, and the bar has a welcoming atmosphere. Service is quick, with hardly any wait time, even on weekends.
I got pizza from here a few months ago and wasn't pleased and now I remember why I haven't been back. Ledo's was once synonymous with great pizza and now every time I think of the worst pizza I've had, Ledo's comes to mind. Very disappointed ????
Order pizza at 809p and was told 20 minutes. Arrived 830abp, waited 5 minutes just for someone to come to the counter. Once the young lady finally greeted me she had the wrong name on the order (no big deal) and said let me check I think it's done. She then came back..needs a few more mintes. 5 minutes. I come back in about 840ish.. again told it's not ready but the young lady offered me a drink I was like just want my food. I come back in about 850p. The lady walks into back and now another woman comes out..maybe shift manager. She greets me ask if I am an online order I said no called it in at 810 been 45 minutes. Just kinda ignored my comment. Again we go over the wrong name..no big issue.. she tells me her is your order. Usually leidos opens each box to make sure your order is correct. Nope not this time. Here u go..Felt like we were inconvenience. Sad part food was good but this ledos will not see my money ever again!!
My experience was completely horrible. I?m not sure who cooks in the kitchen but clearly they aren?t taking safety precautions. I found hair in my pizza and there was nothing that was done about that. I will never eat here again
