Chick-fil-a - Bowling Green

Great food! Great service! Nice people! A little bit more expensive than others but totally worth it!

Frustrated that I could get my Autumn shake but not the chicken tortilla soup. I can get it at other locations weeks ago. I think that they should roll out the menu items at the same time. We have grown to count on consistency with you Chick-fil-A.

I went through the drive thru and had an issue with one of the ladies taking orders and was very upset ready to not go back there, but the manager Madeline (spelling) was nothing short of AMAZING to listen to my issue and very understanding. Afterspeaking with her I felt confident that she would handle the issue and make sure it was taken care of? Thank you so much forhaving people like her and thank you Madeline for all of your help! My daughter even kept saying how nice and sweet you were!!????

Haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in a while--mostly due to how busy they can get. Arrived early around 11am and seemed to bear the crowd on a Wednesday. Who can resist the waffle fries? Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was good and sized right with thesmall order of fries and small drink. Will go back another day.

Bad location for traffic flow, I will never support chik fil a cuz everytime I want it, it's a Sunday. And the method they use to run their drive thru is the worst and slowest. I get thru all other drive thru's faster without the actual humans standingoutside getting heat stroke.
