Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bowling Green

The service was quick, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent! I really wish we had a location in Napoleon! During our visit, a busload of children arrived, and the staff managed everything impressively well!

I went to Chipotle today, where they had something special for nurses! I had an excellent service. Although they were made of chips and the fresh were not finished for five to ten mns, they offered me a card for free chips and queso at my next visit for my inconvenience! It was totally unnecessary, but I really appreciate that the staff went beyond and beyond for me just to provide great customer service! Thank you.

I visited during a fundraiser for the BGHS High School Band, and although the line was long, it moved quickly. The staff was very busy but remained friendly and helpful. I want to thank Chipotle for hosting this fundraiser and for their support of the local community. They generously donate 50% of the proceeds, which is impressive. I believe other restaurants and businesses should take note and follow this example! Thanks again for the delicious food, excellent service, and commitment to the community!

We were in and out during a trip back to Ohio from Michigan. Ordered ahead and they prepared the order and had it ready by the selected pickup time. Excellent portion sizes and care to our selections. Great work Chipotle!
