Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bowling Green

We just had our first visit to Chipotle and were really impressed! The service was fantastic! All three employees at the front were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us as newcomers. Thank you so much!

The food is fresh, but the wait in line was quite lengthy. Since it was a Sunday at noon, that was to be expected. I really enjoy the pollo bowl with pinto beans.

While evacuating from Hurricane Irma on our way to Ohio, we wanted to find a healthier dining option instead of typical fast food, and Chipotle turned out to be the ideal choice. The staff were not aware that we were evacuees, but they were incredibly accommodating. The food was fresh, and they sincerely apologized for the wait for freshly prepared chicken and steak. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, making it a perfect stop during our travels.

I love Chipotle. It’s nice to find a chain that uses organic tofu. And for reasonable prices. Hard to come here and leave hungry. And it’s so delicious! This particular one is clean and efficient. Only one time did they give me less food than I thought I should have gotten, but if you just politely say “may I have more rice?” they will gladly comply. The bathroom has auto everything to be more sanitary. One of the few vegan options in Bowling Green.

Overall, this restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere is always clean, and the service is quite prompt, even during busy times. My only issue has been with delivery orders; occasionally, the portions of protein are so small they’re barely there, and the accuracy of delivered orders seems to be about 50/50. On the positive side, they are quick to process refunds for incorrect orders. The food is consistently fresh, and it remains one of my favorite places to dine.
