Kfc - Bowling Green

I'm from Kentucky I love KFC. I tried the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. it seemed like there was a little confusion about everyone's' roll who were working. There were people going this way and that, and it seemed a little disoriented.

The woman who commands is rude from no reason uniform, wearing a purple t-shirt. we were standing on the counter for too long before we were even recognized, only to meet with an evil attitude. then the computer system had gone down immediately after our order, so it is understandable that it would take a little longer than usual to get food, but we have waited to ignore the half of our food if we get it, I go back to the counter only for the workers that they stand there. no apology for missing food, just an eye roll. then the cashier goes to repair the missing side without gloves. no clean table in the lobby. I have worked in fast food service in restaurants most of my adult life, I know that people have bad days, but that was not bad day, this was lifestyle obvious. this steeply needed help, training, a few people have certainly fired. least they welcome their guests promptly at a moment before they help them.

This sign (that they close at 4 o'clock) was closed at 330 o'clock with doors. After we had waited around 15 o'clock with no sign on the door, someone finally came to the door. they let other customers come even though we were on the parking lot and had at least 5 other people in the food. they only recognized us because another customer who wanted to eat inside, tried to help us, and they were then shouted to help us. we said the manager locked the door and left, the customers were locked in and tried to get out while the workers were standing around.

Ordered online the other day and the canceled it without an explanation as to why (I ordered directly from kfc’s website), when I went to look on DoorDash they don’t even have the combo meals. I’ve gone through the drive through and been told that they are out of chicken and to drive to the other kfc. Very poor staffing if you have management who can’t order enough chicken. It’s sad when you live in Kentucky and you get that kfc craving and you can’t even get it!

Always have to wait a super long time unless it's not busy at all. The amount of my food was subpar and my drink was watered down. The entrances and exits are pretty awkward. The food was really good though. But just go to Popeyes if you don't have time to waste
