Have you been to this exact location several times? Worse. We ordered a thick crust pizza and were told to pull while we waited for the pizza, 15 minutes later we get a pizza and it?s THIN CRUST (as happened for the third time) LMAO we try to tell the lady who brought us the pizza, but she basically gave us only the pizza and returned to the store as she couldn't hear us. I go in to let her know that we wanted thick crust and not thin, and she goes on to refund the order and tells me my pizza will be lmao in 10 minutes so we wait another 15 minutes, just for me to go back and they say I have to buy a whole other pizza. Why no one has said anything about it while I gave myself the initial refund Idk, but this special Lil Caesers will get my service again. Do BETTER.
I love little Caesar?s don?t get me wrong but I do not enjoy having HAIR on my pizza at all.
I have yet to come here and see that they actually have anything hot and ready. Last time we even called 30 min ahead of time and placed and order, to make sure it'd be ready. Once we got there(30 min later), we sat for an additional 25 min in the parking lot. Noone came out. My husband had to go in and inquire(after we saw FIVE other customers doing the same thing after waiting in their cars), only to find that our order was sitting on a shelf for an indefinite amount of time. On a positive note, they do actually get our order correct every time.
He stopped to get a big pizza and cheese bread and gave the cashier a $100 dollar swell, he said he couldn't take it because I didn't eat enough to take the 100. So sad that little stoppers couldn't break $100. What a business...
