Feedback gevenThe response to the call button was almost immediate. Although the preparation time for my food was slightly longer than the estimated 10-15 minutes, it was extremely delicious.
I typically visit the Sonic on Nashville Rd about once a week, and I'm always pleased with the quality of the food. In contrast, when my family and I go to the Sonic on Scottsville Rd, the food is consistently disappointing, and the service isn't great. My wife often teases me about my Sonic visits, but after she tried the Nashville Rd location, she understood my preference. The food there tastes better, and the service is much more reliable.
The shakes are consistently excellent. I appreciate that they provide spoons and napkins with them. They're so thick that a spoon is essential to begin with.
My bf and I always have issues trying to order on the app!! Most often we lose out on the 1/2 price slushes and no employee is able to help because it's an app issue and they don't really have any access or power over that and I understand. This Sonic's Manager or Manager on Duty came out to our vehicle, apologized for the app issue and acknowledged it messes up from time to time. THEN he took our order and worked it out so we would get the same discount had the app been working. Simple. I am so sorry I did not get his name but thank you kind sir. Our food came out fresh and hot and our slushes were wicked good (and half price !! I'll travel across town just to come to this Sonic from now on.
I work there and honestly the food is great and prepared sanitary! Highly recommend it!
