Staff is super rude. They ignored me while I stood in line helped the people behind me instead then. Continued to ignore me until I asked for their attention
I’ve experienced slow service for months now. I always mobile order ahead of time so it’s ready when I get there. Only it rarely is ready when I get there anymore. It’s almost always 10-15 minutes wait time every time. Today I waited like 10 minutes after the app said it should be ready. Then when I was finally able to talk to someone, she said the printer wasn’t working well and got on my order. In total today it took close to 20 minutes for a grande shaken espresso.
Wow, I 've never been to a Starbucks that acted like you were not there. Most are usually friendly and say hi or welcome. Most will say, Have a nice day. When you leave. The order was accurate, but the service was just stand offish.
Baristas were pleasant. Made my drink relatively quick being the only one in there.Was thrown off by chairs being put up nearly 2 hours before Corporate closing hours. I was hesitant to go in as the storefront appeared closed (dark lighting and chairs up on tables). I see by the review below, they close early.
