Twice in the past month I have purchased food for delivery on the website and they called to tell me they weren't taking orders. I was told both times my order would be refunded to my credit card. I was able to call and go pickup one of the orders weeks later when they said it was not possible to refund me. I am initiating a claim with my credit card company. This happened twice in a couple weeks.
Attempted to order delivery at about 7:15. Knew that this place was cheaper than other wing places in the area. Placed the order, all good. They don’t have any updates, don’t give you a call, don’t do anything. Wait for roughly 30 minutes and then start calling to ask about the status. Every single time the phone was picked up, it was hung up immediately. Eventually got through at about 8:20 and they informed me that the order had been canceled due to them not having delivery drivers. They stated, “We were closed for a couple of hours so any orders that were placed shouldn’t have been.” Who closes in the middle of the dinner-time rush? Will take “a couple of business days,” for my refund. It’s ridiculous I wasn’t informed for over an hour, and wasn’t able to speak to a person for that same amount of time. Clearly, customer service is NOT a top priority. Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. Don’t waste your time.
Hit or miss. Sometimes my food arrives hot and well cooked, other times, more often than not, it comes over cooked and cold. It’s definitely good when made right, though. It’s just a gamble sometimes lolFood: 1/5
Tried to order delivery twice now. Both times I was called and told they don't have a driver. One was a Friday night and the other was a Sunday afternoon. Do they not have drivers at all now? If delivery isn't an option then turn off deliveries.Service: 1/5
