Nutrition Kitchen - Bowmanville

Ordered 3 trays of desserts and was told that i would get 3 trays of desserts on a nice platter etc. What i got for 163 bucks was 3 little 10x10 cardboard boxes with a see through lid for 163 bucks. No decor of any kind and no pride on one,s work from what i recieved as a customer. Will never do business here again. No care for the customer and no regard pleasing the customer.

Nice place, very friendly staff and the food is ok, but nothing to write home about. I have ordered a few things on their menu, including the egg on a bagel, and the majority of it was pretty bland. I think adding sun-dried tomatoes, a pesto spread or just some spices in general would amp up the flavour of their dishes ?

The food was AMAZING!! the staff super friendly. Most definitely recommend! Options for keto, paleo gluten free.

Absolutely love bringing my wife to this place as they have so many options to meet her gluten free diet. The sweets you cannot even tell they don't have gluten and the sandwiches are always well made. It's one of our top places to go for a quick lunch and always enjoy the food we get here.

Everyone is super friendly and the keto pumpkin cake is to die for! If you’re looking for a keto cake that actually tastes like a real cake and has the texture of a real cake look no further! Also, the vegan frosting is spot on which is a big deal because I normally prefer dairy! )Amazing!
