All about this place AMAZING!!! The staff THE BEST!!! The cinnamon bun coffee THE BEST!!!

I just visited mid day for a decaf coffee and a bagel. They were out of decaf but made a fresh pot for me which was delicious and the bagel was so fresh! Very happy and will be back.

Donuts are hit or miss. Never going back though because the lady in the evenings didn't wash her hands after coming back from her smoke break. Also she had a really bad cough. Out of sheer awkwardness I still ordered. The lady isn't the friendliest person either I get a vibe that my presence is an inconvenience. The location at Bowmanville/Baseline is friendlier and seems to have more stock after 5pm.

I love this place for the product! Great coffee, great food!! I just wish the staff was friendly. Out of the 40+ times I've been there, I've met maybe 2 friendly staff. It sucks feeling like you're annoying the staff when ordering cause it's such a hidden little gem. We say the same every time we leave.. too bad the staff is so grouchy. Oh well, the coffee is worth the 2 minute grouchy interaction so still 4 stars for me.
