Bowmore Taste Of Islay

Great location for those who love single malt whisky. You can take a tour of the Bowmore distillery that lasts about an hour. It's a fantastic experience!

We visited yesterday for coffee and enjoyed scones with butter and jam. The price was reasonable; each scone with butter and jam was only $1.25.

The location is beautiful and charmingly decorated, with an abundance of wood and light—exactly to my taste. The menu offered some fantastic ideas at reasonable prices. I ordered the smoked haddock risotto, which sounded wonderful. However, I found the flavor somewhat lacking, as if something was missing. Perhaps it was just an off day. I encourage you to try it for yourself!

The tasting room and bar offer a pleasant atmosphere with stunning sea views, and there is a wide variety of merchandise available for purchase.
