Pizza Heart - Box Hill North

I have been living in box hill for 8 years drove around just to check out what was around and found pizza heart the 1st time going in to this place I knew right then I found my local pizza shop but the last 2 pizzas I have got from here have been disgusting. I will not be returning I have taken the number from phone and thrown out menus it's not the same anymore like it use to be the pizzas are so dry hardly any sauce for the price you pay you should be able to see what is on pizza. You have got 5 stars for so long and now 1 start to never return and find another pizza place. I hate when you find a great place any then it goes down hill

Not happy. the pizzas were cold and bland. big superior $17 pretty expensive too. the hawain we ordered could not even taste the pineapple. we can't get her back.

ZERO STARS ABUSIVE BUSINESSDisgusting treatment of long term customers. Wrong pizza given, zero help or understanding. The owner threatened my husband when he returned the pizza in person after he confronted them for swearing and being unbelievably rude to me over the phone (I did not swear once). I asked for a credit on our account, as I couldn 't return with my kids. Offered to send photos as proof of the incorrect pizza we paid for...that my child couldn 't eat. Nope. They were so unprofessional, so rude and utterly indifferent to their error, and the language was repulsive. The real kicker....the pizza isn 't even that nice. Hasn 't been for years (different owners). FYI, they also don 't know how to cut their pizza 's. Honestly, DO NOT waste your money on this business . Do not support this ABUSIVE business.
