Let me start off by everything is delicious here. The pizza is awesome. The breadsticks are cheesy and tasty. The guys who work here are nice and pleasant. Took away one star because one pizza was a little over cooked, but still tasted good.

I 've ordered from this Mr. Jim 's many times have always had the delivery arrive prior to the ETA. However, tonight it took over an hour a half. When I called to check on the status there was no apology the response was simply, Welp sometimes it takes longer. I totally understand things getting backed up I was more than patient. But to not be apologetic whatsoever to act like an hour a half is acceptable, that 's where I feel as though it could have been handled better. When I said I would call back speak to a manager tomorrow his response was, I am the manager. honestly it 's better than last night when we were running 2-2.5 hours. Thankfully the delivery guy was very apologetic his tip was not affected by the timing because it most likely was not his fault. A little acknowledgement would have gone a long way but this manager was apparently okay with a delivery time 45 minutes past what was expected. Sounds like Mr. Jim needs to have a talk with one of his friends ...

Will not order from here again the manager is rude. You better check your order. Whatever you pay for you don't get. I spent $100.00 in food tipped out $20.00. I am a server and I tip well. So mad. All I wanted was my dipping sauces and all I got was a rude manager. I don't think the people working their know what they are doing. Never again will I order from here

We ordered pizza online today. First time ever getting pizza at this Mr Jim's. We ordered a cheese pizza and a chicken premier pizza. After submitting my order and paying I got a call from this location and they informed me they were out of chicken. So I ordered the sticky fingers instead. The guy that works there informed me that that pizza wouldn't be anymore money. Well, I hope not!! Got our Pizza home and the cheese pizza was burnt. Tasted burnt. Very disappointed! I really usually love their cheese pizza. Probably won't ever order from this location again! Sad day...I was really hungry for that cheese pizza too. It tasted awful!

The best pizza around!! They deliver farther than most places in the area which is great when you live in the middle of nowhere like me. But really- the food is better than any place that offers pickup or delivery.
