Our Happy Place - Boydton

This is a lovely restaurant with a fantastic selection on the menu! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The interior is a bit small, though, and I worry that if it gains popularity, there might not be enough room for diners. It would be great if they could consider adding some outdoor seating!

Boydton, Virginia doesn’t have a lot of dining options, but this restaurant consistently hits the mark. They offer delicious comfort food, along with unique daily specials and baked goods. It's a popular lunch spot for our construction teams, so be ready to order ahead if you want to pick up your food in the early afternoon.

On a rainy, overcast day while camping in North Bend this week, we decided to take a trip to Boydton. We stopped in for lunch, and we're so glad we did! It’s a charming local restaurant, and our meal was delightful. However, what truly made our day was the homemade peanut butter banana pudding—it was absolutely delicious! If you're in the area, you definitely have to pay a visit!

You know you're in the right spot when the help greets all the locals by name. Love everything about this place. Food is great (Southwest burger) Atmosphere is quaint. If you get here at lunch prepare to wait a little, and while you're waiting take a look at how many to go orders they pump out. For a reason! Definitely will be back.

People were really nice. Breakfast was mediocre except the french toast was good. Wings are good.
