Boppi's Pizza - Boyne City

Absolutely disgraceful service. 0 stars. Ordered online, walked in 15 minutes later. Only one ticket on the board (mine), one cook sitting around chatting to the cashier, looks at the ticket and tells me another 45 minutes. I tell him I want a refund. Sam explains to me he has zero visibility into the transaction, to do so I need to talk to my credit card company. I call the e-commerce company they outsource to, Sky Tab Online, zero help, can’t reference a transaction number or issue any refunds. Nonsense.Boppi’s can take my money, provide zero good or service, and throw the inconvenience of fighting a transaction back on me.Will never consider ordering from this place again. What a joke.

We were in Boyne City for the weekend and decided to check out Boopi's. We ordered two Stromboopi and some cheesy garlic breadsticks, and everything was absolutely delicious. Sam assisted us, and he was really friendly as well. We'll definitely be back to order from here again when we're in town!

Cheese bread is excellent extra cheesy with garlic. Pizza is a little different doesn't it have traditional mozzarella and is, as they advertise, NY style thin crust.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We were traveling. So dining in was offered, even though it’s generally take out. And the pizza was absolutely phenomenal. It was piping hot, flavorful, with the perfect crust.

Always amazing and the customer service is top notch! Love trying the flavors of Pizza of the Week which is always spot on. Addicted!
